TREASURE HUNT ONLINE INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES
AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Coty US LLC (the “Sponsor”), Madden Preprint Media (the “Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters/suppliers, and members of the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Promotion begins at 3:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/16/06 and ends at 2:59 pm ET on 2/16/07 (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion. During the Promotion Period, entrants may visit www.jovanmusk.com (“Web Site”), where 20 bottle icons will be “hidden”. In addition to the 20 hidden bottle icons, there will also be “bonus” bottle icons hidden. The landing page at the Web Site will provide examples of both bottle and bonus bottle icons, and will provide an idea of where and what to search for at the Web Site.

3. TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.jovanmusk.com during the Promotion Period. Click on the icon, banner or text link to be taken to the entry page. You will be required to register for the Promotion by providing the information requested, specifically, full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and marital status. You will also need to create a username and password. Once you have registered for the Promotion, a tally account will be established for you; and you may then begin to search for the 20 hidden bottles. Each time you find a hidden bottle and click on it, credit for finding that bottle will be noted in your tally account. You will only receive credit for finding a particular bottle once. When you have found all 20 bottles, you will earn one entry into the sweepstakes drawing. You may view the number of credited bottles in your account by following the online directions. However, it must be understood that due to possible technical errors, failures or limitations, or delays, the number shown in your account may not be correct at all times. Before any participant receives an entry for finding all 20 bottle icons, that those bottles were found by the participant will be verified by the Administrator. Limit one entry by this method per participant/account. You need not find all 20 bottles during the same visit to the Web Site; you may log in using your username and password at any time during the Promotion Period to search for the 20 bottles or bottles which you have not yet found. When you find a bottle, click on it, and that bottle will be added to your account’s tally. Bottles credited to any account cannot be assigned or transferred to another account. There is a limit of one account per participant.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: On or about 2/22/07, a random drawing will be conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received to award the following prize:
1 Grand Prize: $2,000 to be awarded as a check.
Winner will be notified by mail, overnight mail, or other such method as determined solely by Sponsor on or about 2/8/07. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. TO PLAY INSTANT WIN GAME: To play the Instant Win Game, register for the Promotion as described above in Rule 3. Once you have registered for the Promotion, you may search for “bonus” bottle icons at the Web Site. Each time you find a bonus bottle, click on it, and you will receive one play in the Instant Win Game. You will only receive an Instant Win play for finding a particular “bonus” bottle once. Prize winners will be notified instantly if they have won a prize and provided with prize award details. Limit one bonus bottle/play per person per day. (A day begins at 3:00 pm ET and ends the following 2:59 pm ET). All winning plays are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Any attempt by any participant to play more than once per day by using multiple/different email addresses, usernames, passwords, identities or other methods will void that participants’ plays after the first play on any day.

6. INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES/ODDS: Each Instant Win prize will be randomly assigned to a randomly selected particular time. The first eligible participant whose Instant Win play is received and recorded by Administrator’s computer at or after each such randomly selected time will be deemed the potential winner of the prize assigned to that time, subject to verification and compliance with these rules. The following prizes will be available to be awarded:
50 prizes: one $25 Visa gift card, good anywhere Visa is accepted. Subject to terms and conditions stated on the card.
100 prizes: one Jovan White Musk for Women 1.5 oz. Cologne Spray. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $11.99 each.
300 prizes: one Jovan Musk for Women 1.5 oz. Cologne Spray. ARV $11.99 each.

If no prize is won during a play, you will earn credit for finding one bonus bottle in your account tally. For every 10 bonus bottles that you find that do not result in an instant win prize, you will receive one additional entry into the sweepstakes drawing. (Note: you must have found all 20 hidden bottles and already have one entry into the sweepstakes drawing to earn credit for bonus bottles in your account tally). You may view the number of credited bottles in your account by following the online directions. However, it must be understood that due to possible technical errors, failures or limitations, or delays, the number shown in your account may not be correct at all times. Before any participant receives a sweepstakes entry for finding 10 non-winning bonus bottle icons, that those bottles were found by the participant will be verified by the Administrator.

Total ARV of all Instant Win Game prizes combined is $6,046. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants, the time a participant plays and finds a “bonus” bottle, and the randomly selected winning times. INSTANT WIN PRIZES WHICH ARE NOT CLAIMED OR ARE FORFEITED WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

7. GENERAL: All taxes on prizes and expenses relating to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. If your username and password is used by another person to play any aspect of this Promotion after you have played, or if another person uses your username and password to play and then you play, for Instant Win plays any play after the first play for any day using the username and password will be void, and any play to find any bottle will be credited only to the username and password under which the play was made. Further, no matter who uses a username and password to play, any prize which is won will be awarded to the person who registered using that username and password and any bottle credit will be credited to the account established for that username and password. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters relating to this Promotion; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (individually and collectively “Releasees”) from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise) of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Promotion or any Promotion related activity; and c) if a winner to the announcement/use of name, voice, image and/or likeness for trade, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) by Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s direction, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. In no event will Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages. Winners (and winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and (where legal) publicity release, which must be returned within time specified by Sponsor or winner will be disqualified and if an Instant Win prize will be forfeited, but if a Sweepstakes Prize awarded to an alternate winner. If documents are, or any prize is, returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, winner will be disqualified and if an Instant Win prize, the prize will be forfeited, but if the prize is the Sweepstakes Prize it will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of or to parent or legal guardian (as solely determined by Sponsor) who must execute all documents and agree to all undertakings of winner set forth in these Official Rules or winner may be disqualified and prize will be forfeited if it is an Instant Win prize, but if the prize is the Sweepstakes Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Releasees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, program, network, Internet or computer malfunction, technical errors or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries or plays, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry, play or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; b) failed, incomplete, garbled, corrupted or delayed computer transmissions; c) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries or d) any condition caused by events that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the promotion or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or programming error or unauthorized access to the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Web Site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the Web Site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or play methods, will disqualify all entries or plays using such methods. Entry information plays and entries become property of Sponsor. No prize transfer or cash redemption or substitution, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable. No correspondence about entries or plays will be entered into nor will entries or plays be acknowledged or returned. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes in any prize category, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes in that prize category by a random drawing from among all legitimate eligible prize claimants in that prize category. In the case of any irregular game play (whether finding a bottle or “bonus” bottle or Instant Win, or any other action as solely determined by Sponsor or Administrator), the sole liability and responsibility is replacement with another same game play, while supplies last. In case of dispute, Sweepstakes entries and Instant Win plays will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the username and password used to participate at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address and username and password by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted username and password.

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE www.jovanmusk.com OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

9. PRIVACY POLICY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Web Site.

10. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.
